Alice in Thank you land...

I always need Thank you cards so I made this one using my new Emo Alice digital stamp from My Graphico. I did make this card also for a challenge at http://aliceinwonderlandchallenge.blogspot.com/2010/03/red-queens-fine-print.html
I quite like how she turned out. I did this entire card by candle light as it was during the Earth hour. Thank you for stopping by and having a visit.

Just because...

A
just because card because everyone needs a just because card...we need to celebrate the small things in life too, like being a single mom who still makes dinner from scratch when she gets home, or because even though you have family and a full time job you still manage to make it to your children's games or dance recitals, or because you always make an effort to visit your parent even though your life is already busy...you know that kind of everything day good stuff that means a lot but can tend to go unnoticed.
I used a digital image from TGF called Grocery Chibi. Hope you like it and thanks for stopping by...I have to run this card reminds me I need to pick some groceries today before I get my son from daycare...take care.

Things that fly...

Do you remember carousel's when you were little...I sure do and I always wanted the one with wings or the white horse...I loved riding them then but the last time I was on one with my son the ride made me way to dizzy...lol...

Quick and easy penne pasta recipe card...

I am taking part in a fun recipe swap once again. This one was for a 30 minute quick meal. Using one of my favourite recipes which is simple, delicious, and good for you. I used a vintage image, coloured it, then adhered some flowers, bling, buttons, and paper punch flowers. After putting the whole card together I used a pencil eraser dipped in blue chalk ink to make polka dots all over the recipe card. Thanks for looking and Happy Sunday.
