I made this one with a certain friend in mind. Her middle name is Joy which she does not enjoy! Lol...any how I try to find or make her items using this middle name for fun...so here it is...Hope you enJOY it!
Recipe:
I cut the Patterned paper and distressed the edges then adhered it to the card.
Stamped the image and cut out the oval using my nestabilities and my cuttlebug.
Coloured the image with Copics, inked the edges, stickles for the peace sign, and adhered flowers.
Glued the strips of red card stock down.
Stamped the sentiment and distressed the edges of the paper, then inked it.
Adhered the sentiment, then the image.
Some stickles and few foam stickers to complete the card.
Inking the edges of the whole card at the end.

TGF 12 Days of Sketches challenge..Sketch One

Whew 12 sketches in 12 days...
Lucky for me I still need cards for Christmas so here we go...
This is my interpretation of Sketch 1 here is the link to the site http://splendidstamping.blogspot.com/2009/12/on-1st-day-of-christmas-tgf-gave-to-me.html
I made this card for a coworker she is a real get up and go kind of person, she is young, and loads of fun. So for here I made a non traditional Christmas card with some get up and go...I am so glad to finally get use my new Flapper Anya Stamp...
Thank you for visiting, do come by again soon....
Recipe:
I used silver ink to stamp the snowflakes on the background of the red cardstock.
Stamped Flapper Anya, then cut out the scalloped oval using nestabilities and my cuttlebug.
Coloured her with Copics, then inked the background with red.
Glued a ribbon her headband for added interest
Glue on the edges and then rolled the oval in chunky glitter of white and blue.
Used Martha Stewart punches for both snowflakes, inked them with silver and used a pop dot in between for dimension. Finished the snowflake with a gem.
Adhered the ribbon added the snowflake embellishment and the sentiment.
Inked the edges of the card.
